last night, three(3) students of Veritas University Abuja(obehie campus) were kidnapped by kidnappers at the entrance of their hostel. The school is using that site as its takeoff campus sinse its permanent site is not yet completed.The school is situated in abia state,somewhere between portharcourt and aba has the girls hostel situated outside the main campus premises though not far from the main campus.They were on their way to the hostel from the school premises when they met some men at the gate of their hostel,thinking they were probably the security men working at the gate, they went ahead only to discover that they were armed men and were told to lie down, that was the last that was heard nor seen of them. The kidnappers have already called the mum of one of them and have placed a ransom which is still yet undisclosed to me. This happens to be the first time students of a private university is being kidnapped. We just pray that nothing happens to those three innocent souls while with the kidnappers.
