Recipe

400g sugar
250 butter
600g flour
8 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon & vanilla extract
8 bananas
1/2 tsp salt
11/2 tsp bp & bcp

Method

Mix dry ingredients together and stir
Mix banana and vanilla extract
Cream butte and sugar and gradually add ineggs.
Alternate the dry a wet ingredients

Put batter in lined baked tins
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes

Leave to cool before turns out.

Serve warm or cold

My goods are not ready for shipping yet, they re still with the manufacturers because they need to make it compatible with Nigerians voltage. I was thinking of using the two l listed above but then tugrow contacted and apologised to me, I think I will be using him just to prove that I bear no grudges. Also the initial quote he gave me was for air shipping and I wanted sea shipping so that was one misunderstanding. I will let you know how it goes.
