Not many people know the health benefits of drinking beer moderately, the key word there is “moderately”. I will like to reiterate, this post in no way encourage irresponsibility in drinking beer or any alcohol for that matter. Do not take the post as an health advice. The information contained herein are for those above 18 years of age or whatever the age of consent is in your country or the place your are reading from. Now with that aside let us get to know something important to this article.

First, lets establishing what “moderate drinking” means is key for anyone looking for health benefits associated with alcohol, Zakhari said. For men, moderation means no more than two drinks a day, while for women, moderation means no more than one drink a day. As a result this beer is more crisper with a cleaner taste. There are other types like Porter and Stout this are made by adding hops to makes the beer more bitter and aromatic. Specialty malts (different types of cooked barley) produce different flavors and colors. These flavors and colors are most notable in dark beers like Porter and Stout.

Yes it does, with wine a glass after meal is very good. But you alone should not finish a bottle.
