Scope : A mature, experienced, competent, resourceful, HVAC Engineer / Project Manager. Expatriate or Nigerian. To supervise contracts including, Chillers, AHU’s, Split, Packaged units, encompassing value engineering , design, supply & installation of units and associated , pumps, ductwork, pipe work, grilles, diffusers, etc. To manage and work with all levels from end users to sub contractors and site workers.

Qualifications : HND / Degree BEng / BSc for a relevant engineering subject, Plant Engineering, Mech. Engineering or Building Services.

Experience :
• Minimum 10 yrs, ideally with chilled water systems.
• Good communicator and motivator
• Organiser and controller of work schedules  /teams
• Computer literate, MS Excel, Projects, AutoCad
• Positive can do attitude
• Clean driving licence

Location : Lagos, Nigeria
Client / Contract : Michael Hammond Engineering Co Ltd / 6 months contract, possibility to be extended.
Start date : June 2010
