But I thought anointing is only for certain people who specially are gifted for it. Is Rochas Okporocha,the Imo state governor now filled with Holy spirit for anointing ? In whose power is he using to anoint? And people self,just look at them,willingly submitting to the governor to place his hand on them and they believe they are being anointed!
