Ensure Shisha Smokers Are Arrested, FG Tells Police


The Minister of Health, Prof. Isaac Adewole, has called on the police and all other government agencies to enforce the ban on flavoured tobacco products including Shisha.

Adewole said this at a press conference in Abuja on Monday to mark the 2018 world No- Tobacco Day.

Shisha smoking is a way of smoking tobacco, sometimes mixed with fruit or molasses sugar, through a bowl and hose or tube.

Police don see food to chop. All the clubs in Benin will start paying new levy - shisha bribery fee. ClubJokers na una money go big pass.

I hope the Police, Army & DSS will not go to Casper & Gambini's at the Ikeja City Mall where Shisha competition is always going on every night.

Even last night, while minding my business, I still counted atleast 13 lads at the outer garden puffing & using Shisha smoke to communicate with their maker.

I also pray to Jah Almighty that “The Shisha Room” on Fola Osibo Street in Lekki - will never be shut down by the FG - Amen!
