Did you see his Grace the Archbishop give such an order?. Governor Ohakim security convoy manhandled a Catholic priest, off course the opposition took advantage of that incident painting stories that the priest was tortured.
Majority of Imo people did not need anybody to tell them to vote out Ohakim cause his performance was already poor, the Priest incidence was just the last straw and only reinforced the collective will to vote him out.
