JOB FUNCTIONS

Determine the performance excellence vision for each block.
Ensure an appropriate project management framework is in place and incorporates key parameters/performance measures and value adding topics.
Establish formal and standard reporting arrangements on projects.
Be the interface between the business/project owners and the project manager to ensure delivery of critical business objectives/portfolios.
Ensures and secures resources for projects including the right capabilities.
Own the process of maintaining an efficient unified and fully integrated technology system.
Lead evaluation and continuous improvement of key business metrics for OPCO performance.
Set up multidisciplinary teams to lead business process improvement.
Maintain industry knowledge on performance excellence, safety, technology and innovation.


REQUIREMENTS

At least 7years cognate experience in the FMCG
Must be well grounded in project management data analytics
Must be knowledgeable in business process formulation and implementation.
Remuneration is very attractive and negotiable.
