#Gospel Street Carnival 2018: Youths Take The Gospel Of Jesus Christ To Street A Group of committed and delligent youths that have passion for the gospel of Jesus Christ have decided to evangelize the good tidings through gospel music in a street celebration. The event is officially packaged by Akas Recordz and De Elbow Music Ministry in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, FCT. Speaking with newsmen in a press briefing, one of the conveners, Akas O. Said that it is time for the gospel of Jesus Christ which Christ Himself has instructed us to go to world and preach is evangelized in the street through music. We are here to win more souls for God through music because the bible says in Proverbs Chapter 11 verse 30 that "The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise". The event which is titled "Gospel Street Carnival" is the maiden edition of its kind, however, Akas O. Said every other edition will be titled "Gospel on The Street". In his words, he said, we are supposed to organize this event since last year December but due to planning and arrangements or circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to actualize our plans and that is the reason we have deiced to add 'carnival' to this edition. Every other edition will be titled " Gospel on the Street" while in every December it will be titled "Gospel on the Street Carnival" He used the medium to invite all Christians irrespective of their denominations to come out and celebrate our Lord Jesus Christ who has redeemed us to God. He promised that the maiden edition will be exciting, inspirational and motivational. I believe God will use this platform to bless as many that believe in His name.
