Lasu's Best Graduating Student Gains Scholarship From Lagos State Governor by Boss1234(m): 6:28pm On Jun 09, 2018
Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State on Wednesday gave the best graduating student of the Lagos State University for the 2016/2017 academic session, Ogunsanya Adetoro, N5m.
He also promised to sponsor his postgraduate programme in any university in the world.
Adetoro graduated from the Department of Business Administration with a Cumulative Grade Point Average of 4.78.
The governor said, “Although the Lagos State Government has stopped awarding scholarships to students in tertiary institutions, the outstanding academic performance of Adetoro and the health challenge he had in the middle of his academic pursuits, earned him the reward.”
