with 300 dollars u can get a refurbished iPhone 6s plus, or u iphone 7. check eBay, amazon, dhgate or secondhand phones.com, they sell refurbished phone. but if u are waiting for iPhone 6, mr u have been duped.

But Lenovo Ideapad 120s is not worth $300. It was sold for $250 when it was released and the internals are a let down (Celeron N3350). A used one is less than $120 on Ebay while an iPhone 6 is still worth more. Though I won't advice anyone to buy iPhone 6 as IOS 11 is slow on that phone. Iphone 6s upwards is ok.
