I was riding in the but this morning with 2 policemen when i noticed one brought out a long-sleeved shirt and wore it over his uniform; the other cop already had his t-shirt on over his uniform. So i have been wondering why they do this? This is not the first am seeing it though. |

They are scared of either being mobbed by the public especially when not armed or being lynched by armed robbers.just my opinion |
