I support you jare. Yoruba should not be there, but I would love to see what the mediocre ibo-dominated super eagles team would play. Since una like to blame Buhari all the time, let us see who you will blame when your 'Biafra super eagles team' is thrashed.

Can't figure out how some of us have already written off the Super Eagles. One match at a time. The Croatians know it won't be an easy ride. The guys would up their game. I think we should be able to get (at least) a draw from this match if they can FIGHT. Tactical discipline will be the key.

There are plenty of familiar names in the Nigeria squad though. No less than seven Premier League players are present, and their forward line is awash with Premier League players past and present. Odion Ighalo, Kelechi Iheanacho, Alex Iwobi, and Ahmed Musa all compete for a starting berth, and it’s this attacking presence that will give them hope.

Indeed, Nigeria have scored in seven of their last ten matches overall, and they’re facing a Croatia side who have conceded at least once in ten of their last 15 matches. The favourites have scored in nine of these games though, whilst Nigeria have conceded in seven of their last ten too.
As a Nigerian, i want the Eagles to win but to honestly analyse this match, only a surprise or miracle would make that possible if we judge by recent gameplay.

I wish 'like' for Nigeria will translate to win. Anyways, I can only support Nigeria but it's not within my powers to make them win. If they win...fine, if they do not win...hmmmmm. My own be say make my ticket enter 12&over1.5.

But you see? Condemning others who have written Nigeria off and at the same time making your closing remark with Nigeria settling for draw, what is the difference? Truth is we all lack faith in the team one way or the other.

Oh! we all have right to our opinions. I never 'condemned' those who have lost faith in the SE. All I'm saying is that, the team isn't as terrible as we potray them. They should be able to get something out of the match. Settling for draw isn't a bad result.

The world cup is here, in all its glory! Gather round guys and let's savour the moments of Russia 2018.

Your fav sports writer is here with the 2018 world cup match day review. The Russian mercenary dealt a deadly strike to the Saudi- five deadly strikes, if we are being exact- to thier opponents of the day, Saudi Arabia.

Ikechukwu Kenneth captures the blow by blow account of what exactly transpired.

Below is the link to the Match day 1 review.

Enjoy.
