It is clear that The Nigerian Port Authority has finally concluded the selection process for appointment letter collection. information reaching me is that Bukar the GM Human Resources is vying for a political seat in his state made sure he favoured top politicians in the north for future political gains. Majority of the candidate who got appointment letters did not seat for the exam neither were they interviewed by the selection board. The Federal Character Commision not leftout did not follow due
process in the selection process as most northern state got more candidates than other states. The recruitment process should be thoroughly investigated and not swept under the carpet. Below is a page of the slot given to politicians. The recruitment process was never transparent. Therefore, want to urge those affected to rebroadcast this post to other social media untill it gets to the presidency. matter bcoz alot of applicants who were interviewed and waiting to be contacted are not aware NPA has already contacted and awarded appointment / employement letters to some highy connected people.
