Please help me out of my ugly situation am too lean i want to get fat pls.

Laugh! Well don't you think it's natural and why do you wan to get fat? Or do you jus feel like getting fat?

GOD cant believe it,when some could go any lenght to loose a pound.well do these,eat more of junks eg meatpie,doughnuts,icecream, and the likes.sleep a lot(dont stress yourself).dont exercise.
if all these dosent work,then its natural.you cant change it.some people can eat the whole world,they wont change,while some half as much,yet they keep blowing up.there are some things to be left as they are.

Wanting to get fat is not something that works like a miracle. U must have trait or gene of becoming fat inside your body. However i will say having a peaceful mind, rest, intake of fatty food can give you the best result.

babamoha, try complan milk first. its about 2k. take it regularly for a while. it works. its meant for all ages.

lol,i feel ur pain.Why don't you hit the gym it helps.i used to hav a very lean structure until i started working out.now everybody asks me 'how did u get a body like that'?
