JOB DESCRIPTION – Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive will be responsible for growing the operation of the business and managing the relationship between vendors and customers.

Design and implement strategic sales plans that expands the vendor and company customer’s base and gain market share

Key Duties and Responsibilities.
• Onboarding of new vendors/customers on platform
• Manage relationship between the vendors and customers
• Strategically identify potential new leads and new markets
• Educate vendors on the merits of being part of our operation
• Communicate clearly, frequently and professionally with customers to ensure high retention
• Represent the company professionally in all aspects with customers and vendors
• Weekly report of deliverables
• Carry out any other duties as delegated by the Chief Executive Officer

Required Skills and Competencies
• Self-motivator, disciplined, strong work ethic with high integrity
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills-verbal, written and listening skills
• Experience working in a logistics company is a plus
• Previous sales/business development experience is required
• Ability to lead and work as a team
