In FTTH, Huawei OLT adds VenderTag for PITP packets; in FTTB, the ONU adds VenderTag for PITP packets and the OLT transparently transmits VenderTag information.
Configuring the ONU:

huawei(config)#pitp enable pmode

Configuring the OLT:

huawei(config)#pitp enable pmode

Disabling PITP for service ports of FTTB:

huawei(config)#pitp service-port index disable

In FTTH, the OLT MA5608T does not add VenderTag for PITP packets; in FTTB, the ONU adds VenderTag for PITP packets and the OLT transparently transmits VenderTag information.
Configuring the ONU:

huawei(config)#pitp enable pmode

Configuring the OLT:

huawei(config)#pitp disable

In FTTH, the OLT adds VenderTag for PITP packets; in FTTB, the ONU works with the OLT to add VenderTag for PITP packets.
Configuring the ONU:

huawei(config)#pitp enable pmode

huawei(config)#raio-mode cntel-xpon pitp-pmode

Configuring the OLT:

huawei(config)#pitp enable pmode

huawei(config)#raio-mode cntel-xpon pitp-pmode

huawei(config)#pitp permit-forwarding service-port index enable
