I put it on the fridge and i dont switch off my phone in case of emergency calls......

Never talked about been a doctor. But u can never tell. I do off my phone before after an incident of fire,I make sure my phone is always on and have airtime in case big bois of the nyt attack..

We spend most of our days with our smartphones and the other half is spent sleeping, but it seems some people will not leave their phones out of their reach during sleep for whatever reasons. I usually keep my phone on the table beside my bed in case i need the flash or when boo calls , some even put it under their pillow so let’s hear you.

Before now I always keep it on the bed and most times I will lie on it and some times the screen got broken.

Now I keep it on my table lamp's table.

I learnt the hard way. Fire incident happened and I wasn't off sleeping.. Crazy day

Phones should be kept at least two meters away from the body or kept in a closed drawer near the bed. There are radiations emitted and it may have long term consequences. Have you noticed you wake up with slight headache and troubled sleep whenever you keep your phones close to your head and you have a better sleep when the phone is farther away from you? Protect yourselves from long term effects of phone usage.

Someone might call to tell u about a fire outbreak in/around where u stay.

Just like when I was doing my 1year NYSC program,soldier ants invaded my lodge,and everybody was outside doing the needful while I was fast asleep in my room.....the only thing d@ woke me up was people's phone calls cus nobody could even cm to knock on my door cus it was already flooded by the ants. By the time I woke up,they were already inside my room.

Some few instances though.

It's not about being a doctor. He's saying if anyone wants to reach you for your own safety, you wouldn't know till something bad happens. It may be fire incident, robbers, Fulani herdsmen etc. but since your phone is off, you are on your own.

Don't be sorry, my life is already far greater than yours. You are just used to hard life, so I'm the one sorry for you

This is a serious issue on my side. I try as much as possible to always shut it down before sleeping and keep it some meters away from me but always end up either sleeping on it or sleeping with it in my hand while chatting.
I have tried to minimize my level of chatting but all measures failed
