1. There is no such thing as a 2012/2013 vehicle. Every vehicle has ONE model year. The 10th digit of the VIN in nearly all cases, represents the model year. It's a number for 2000-2009 Vehicles, and an Alphabet for 2010 and beyond vehicles.

Even if the production date is 09/12, but the 10th character of the VIN is D, this is a 2013 Honda Accord Sedan.

Further, this blind argument of yours would have been resolved if you had done just a bit of research, or made enquiries.
