Three Persons have been confirmed dead as a result of cholera outbreak in Lokoja Local Government of Kogi State. The Permanent Secretary, Kogi State Ministry of Health Dr Kolawole Johnson disclosed this at a news conference in Lokoja on Thursday. Johnson noted that the ministry recorded 17 suspected cases, which consist of nine males and eight females. The outbreak according to the Permanent Secretary occurred in Kabawa community, a remote area in the State Capital. read more at www.todayhealthmail.com
