I went to DHL at Wuse 2(Abuja) yesterday for prepaid courier envelope.
The told me it's #7,200.
I haven't bought yet because my interview is Sept in Lagos.
Any better alternative?

7,200 is very expensive. Just go to area 1 Shopping complex in Garki, you'll see a DHL office there. It shouldn't be more than 3,000

passport arrived embassy: 31st July, 2018.

Passport with visa :Today, 7th August, 2018 in my hand.

The embassy will return your passport back to you after your interview they won’t keep it.

You can get the envelop before your interview or after it depends. Meanwhile it will cost you 1k to buy DHL prepaid at the embassy
They will actually allow u to go and get the envelope and bring it back after your interview

Meanwhile it cost N850 for fedex courier envelop in Allen ikeja

Not yet my dear, this is deutcheland and not naija. Even the smallest kinda job u can do requires a work permit.

Here in born, u cant even use a temporary german address to get work permit except a permanent address.

Try DHL Isolo Lagos. Got mine for 1500. It depends on the package destination. You will need to get it 2 days before your interview. If you go earlier they will most likely ask you to come back.

I can't answer the first part of ur question. But do ensure you go with everything on the checklist including the prepaid envelope. You can get at dhl isolo. Just picked up mine today.

My interview was on the 4th of July in Abuja. I sent in the blocking confirmation on the 24th of July and also got a reply from them that they have seen the blocking confirmation. Today the embassy sent me a mail, saying they have not seen my blocking confirmation yet and visa cannot be issued without it. Although i have already resent it now. but my problem is, would i start waiting for additional 4 weeks for my visa or this is just a trick?
