The embassy has said they only accept birth certificate from people born after December 13th 1992. Every other person must be age declaration

You welcome. I tend to call for verifications than emails that’s why I advised anyway. It is more better because you might send email and wait for days and still not get tangible response

That’s how it should go. Short and simple. If you have time use NIPOST and if you don’t then better think twice. Therefore don’t have that believe that they have improved while mailing because it is obvious thats what happened to the guy. Peace out

Good morning fam.
I am having some serious thought over our visa processing.
I haven't heard of anyone getting Visa yet from Bavaria this winter.
I heard their System is slow in approving Visa.
There comes my greatest fear.
My interview have been scheduled on 2/8.
How can I meet up if I had planned to be in Germany between 28/8-3/9.?
Do you suggest I use other schools I got in other states like (Hamm in NRW) and (Trier in Rhineland Pfals) to enter Germany then go to Bavaria once I am in Deutschland?
I really wanna do the course I was offered in Bayern.
Does anyone have an idea how this Porting can affect me?
I don't mean Porting after 1year or semester. I mean starting my studies at once in Bayern.
I have started enrollment and have sent my acceptance letter to them since May whereas I have done nothing with the other admission yet though I still can.
Danke im voraus für ihre beratung!

if the other school won't ask you to pay for enrollment then you can ho ahead.
But also since you have started enrollment what's your fear is the date you stated your enrollment deadline date ? If its not just calm down you will get your visa make sure you fund before you go that can also help

1) Please is there anyone in or going to leuphana university of Luneburg this winter semester?
2) Regarding my proof of financial eligibility, my immediate brother a citizen of U.S wants to be my guarantor, how WL I go about that ?
3) among the documents asked to submit for enrollment is proof of membership in the statutory health insurance scheme or private health insurance ( how will I get this? Because it's stated that incase I am using private, I should provide a certificate for an exemption from membership in the statutory health insurance)

1) That's one of the schools I applied to but I'm yet to hear from them. What's your course?
2) Anyone who will be your sponsor must be a working German resident with a good pay. (Not sure of the minimum amount though)
3) As for the insurance, you need to be in Germany to get it done. You are allowed to use a private insurance.
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 5 by Rosicky7(m): 1:19pm On Jul 08, 2018
Since someone has already answered your question, I just want to point out that the only thing your brother can do now is to fund your blocked account. Sponsorship letter won't cut it.

1) M.A governance and human Rights!!!
2) regarding the guarantor, I saw this on the embassy website!! Please read!! And I read it online that parents can serve as a guarantor if they are financially buoyant! 3) since they request for the health insurance as one of the documents to be submitted for my enrollment and must be done within two weeks time, what should I do ?

As for parents residing in Nigeria being guarantor, I really don't how it works and I don't know anyone who has use that means. Most sponsorship I've seen is German resident sponsor, another option is to open a blocked account fund it.

I think the health insurance thing is done upon arrival but since they are asking you to submit it with 2 weeks, ask the course coordinator if someone can do it on your behalf since you are not yet in Germany.

BTW why did you choose a fee based course while there are other free courses in the same University.

If you check properly, that requirement is not under student visa
