TOWARDS UPGRADING SECONDARY HEALTH INSTITUTIONS IN THE AKS. In addition to Free Healthcare for children (0-5years), pregnant women and the aged, Gov Udom Emmanuel is working towards digitisation of all secondary Health institutions in the state to provide quality service to the teeming populace of Akwa Ibom State. The process has begun with digitisation of Ikono General Hospital.
