Supreme council of Sharia in Nigeria has sued NAPTIP- national Agency for Prohibition of traffickin in Persons and Other Related Matters, David Mark a, Bankole Oladimeji and others over Yerimas marriage to minor claiming it is proper under Islam thereby violation of Yerima's religeous rights.
