I've tried several banks and ATMs at totally different locations this evening and I'm still unable to withdraw. It appears as a general issue. As everyone else had to transfer to their "second bank" to withdraw their money. I had no choice but to do the same and transfer to my younger brother's account who is using Access Bank so I could withdraw |
