can a Nephew get married to his uncle's wife half sister? are they related?. if YES pls give reasons and if NO pls give reason. thanks

I say it's fine as long as the nephew is not blood related to his uncle's wife. And also as long as the nephew is the same age or older than the half-sister (my personal opinion), I guess as long as the half-sister is not 10 years older than the nephew it's all good.
