We are recruiting to fill the position of a Chief Executive Officer


Our client, one of Nigeria’s leading Consultant in Educational sector, is desirous of hiring a Chief Executive Officer. He or she must have an in depth experience and understanding of Educational sector both local and international.


Controls the direction of the company
Decides budgets for all departments
Targets and initiates business partnerships with schools and clients
Drives the culture of the business
Oversees employment and ensures there are enough staff (and the right people)
Manages employee effectively
Generates new business for organisation and gives approval of new projects
Responsible for day-to-day decisions
Identifies risks and ensures appropriate strategies are in place
Ensures the correct practices are being met
Attends meetings and other presentations with current and propective clients
Drives profitability of the business
Liaise with external auditors


REQUIREMENT

This job requires a very experienced and competent Inividual (minimum 10 years work experience, 4 of which must be at a senior level as a consultant in the education industry) with excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills.


Remuneration is negotiable but is structured in such a way as to motivate to deliver results.
