1 down 2 more to go, in fact after the end of the next game it will be a bit clearer how things will stand. |

Fine, we might not have prepared well for the competition but with what I saw yesterday Nigeria's game had improved compared to what it used to be. Nigeria'll go far, at least beyond the second round |

Nigeria will not get out of the group. Who will score the goals? Yakubu? Argentina should have beaten Nigeria 6-1. We were very lucky. |

Re: How Far Will Nigeria's Super Eagles Go? by Jencejyde(m): 6:17pm On Jun 17, 2010 |
obinna5000:Yes! but as a footballer myself, I will just get up and give it the last shot. Definitely not a side worthy of making it thru, but they should at least play for pride.Never fell more humiliated supporting Naija as i have today. One moment of madness from ONE player and the rest is history. It's a shame. |

Seun:nigerians even as of today people dey still talk finals .argentina match alone showed we cannot even smell the cup talk less lift it.as of today they might as well pack and come home because 1 goalkeeper cannot save 10 other rubbish players .this nah football not golf its not a 1 man sport there are 11 men there and there is a limit to which vincent can stop balls. |

Re: How Far Will Nigeria's Super Eagles Go? by IbrahimB: 11:06pm On Jun 18, 2010 |
Well, from the nature of the eagles qualification and the "quality" of the 2 games played so far, a first round exit can hardly be said to be undeserved. The Eagles might just play a barren draw with Korea and Greece shock Argentina. And who says Greece can't defeat Argentina? It has been a tournament of the underdogs anyway. . |
