KUFMAN Technical services Limited will be organizing a one year structured and intensive skills acquisition training programme for graduate Engineers, technicians, craftsmen and artisans in Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, Industrial Automation, Computer Engineering and Networking, HVAC and Industrial Safety.

The programme will be grouped into the following categories:

Kufman Graduate Skill Development Programme (KGSDP): This is a one year structured and intensive skills acquisition training programme for graduate Engineers & Technologists in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical and Safety Engineering with specialization in Electrical Power Systems, Instrumentation and Control, Industrial Automation, Computer Engineering and Networking, HVAC and Industrial Safety.
The programme will run for a period of one year (12 months). The curriculum consists of a six month classroom work (taught in Modules- theory and hands-on practicals) and a six month practical field experience at the requisite industry within the Power and Oil & Gas chain. This training will be divided into four quarters (each comprising of 3 months) as follows:
1st Quarter: It will be carried out in the training centre with 50% theory and 50% practicals.
2nd Quarter: This will be mainly field work. Each trainee will be assigned to another company depending on his/her area of specialization to expose them to the practical applications of what they are studying on the field.
3rd Quarter: It will be done in the training centre
4th Quarter: Field work
At the end of their fourth quarter the trainees will be assessed and then certified by the company.

Kufman Technical Skills Acquisition Programme (KTSAP): This is a one year structured and intensive skills acquisition training programme for technicians, craftsmen and artisans in Electrical, Solar and Inverter, Instrumentation and Control, Industrial Automation, Computer and Mobile phones, HVAC and Industrial Safety.
This programme will run for a period of one year (12 months) comprising of 36 easy-to-understand MODULEs for non-graduates. Like the regular training it will be half day theory and half day practicals. This training will be divided into three quarters (each quarter comprises of 4 months) as follows:
1st Quarter: it will be based on three months internal training with 50% theoretical and 50% practical classes and one month of field work experience
2nd Quarter: Same as first quarter
3rd Quarter: Same as first quarter
At the end of their third quarter the trainees will be assessed and then certified by the company.

This training programme is set to meet with the ever increasing need for experienced workers in our society today. With this program individuals will have the necessary requirement to pursue their choice careers or become independent entrepreneurs.
