A 200 level student of Department of Mass Communication, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Anambra State, Nigeria carried out an experiment which went wrong.

He is a devoted fan of Ghanian Investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas and hopes to become like him in the future. From time to time he expressed his love for Anas in his many dialogues with his classmates.

He finally decided to make a statement in school by dressing like the journalist while writing an examination. He explained that doing this while writing an exam will make him feel closer to his dream of becoming like Anas.

As he slipped into the class with his faced covered like that of a masquerade his classmates burst into uncontrollable laughter. He continued to put the class into a state of hysteria till the examiners come and spotted him. They clearly did not find it funny and asked him to leave. he tried explaining himself but they weren’t ready to listen.

And that was how his ploy to make a statement by dressing like his role model cost him an examination.
