Hello iphone expert,

My iphone 7plus fell to the ground and i picked it up. when i touched the home button to unlock the screen, it asked for my passcode. i observed my passcode which comprises of the numbers 2 & 3 with other digits was not responsive. in other words, the numbers 1,2 & 3 are not responsive while numbers 4,5,6,7,8,9,0 are responsive.

I have done hard reset several times still the same issue.

when i try to turn it off via the power button, the slide button to turn it off is not responsive.

Can anyone assist with this please?

probably the screen has gone bad. but first, check the screen flex connector and make sure it didn't pull when the phone fell

Good afternoon , please I really don’t know what’s happening with my iPhone 11 battery , the battery capacity keeps decreasing every week, it’s on 90% presently while just last week it was on 91% and it’s battery status is currently showing service , and it’s just 8 months used , I need advice on what to do, pls anyone with any solution?

90% battery health showing service is abnormal to the best of my knowledge.
The ideal to show service is between 82 amd below, I have seen 79% and not saying service yet, though Apple recommends changing battery from 80%.
After 8months of usage, getting to 90% is possible even if it was bought as brand new device.
