Yesterday, during the flagging off ceremony of Abuja - Kaduna Road Rehabilitation. Many dignitaries were in attendance, like HE Emir of Kano, Emir of Zaria, Minister Fashola and other high profile personalities. It was widely circulated some few months back how the Governor organized a rally full of thugs in February. The house of representatives chief whip, was also seeing that time among them during the rally organized.
