Hello nairalanders, I have an issue that I need the public to show more light to. I am a student in a public university in Nigeria southwest precisely. I cultivated a piece of land and planted some few crops beside my hostel and because of the fear of goats and other domestic animals I guarded it, but to my greatest dismay I discover that some of my crops have been eaten by this goat. Now my question is these what does the constitution of Nigeria says about this? Also does Nigeria Constitution permit an individual to allow their animal to be roaming about the street and to point of eating up my farmland. |
