When I try connecting my laptop using hotspot it will show connected (no internet accrss) pls house what could be the problem and how can I fix it? My laptop is HP Compaq CQ58 with window 7 OS |

mrpoul: Right click on your WiFi and select manage, locate the hotspot and remove it from the list. Then connect back again. 1 Like |

If you hotspot is connected, but no internet, the problem could be from your network provider. Try to reconnect network then click on the WiFi icon and disconnect the hotspot connection "forget this..." Then connect again with your password. Otherwise check your phone browser to see if you have network. Cheers. 1 Like |
