Without Relying On Anybody (2018)

ultinationals,Engineering Firms Etc.)

You don't need anyone to tell you that the labour
market in Nigeria is very competitive. This is due
to the number of unemployed graduates out
there and the alarming rate of graduates
produced every year/NYSC in Nigeria <i believe
you agree with this>

However you get relieved when you receive an
interview invitation<especially if you have
summited a standard Cv/cover letter > but you
become frustrated when the whole job process is
not successful after so many stages.<sad mood>
To have an edge over other applicants you need
to prepare before the job dream opportunity
comes.Forget about the First class/2.1/Thirdy
you graduated with try and learn new skills get
accustomed with practising aptitude test past
questions and answers (Gmat,Dragnet,Workforce
Etc.) used in this organisations, learn how to
write your Cv/Cover letter, search for vacancies
online and offline etc. Connection/Knowing
someone is good but most times those guys that
promised you jobs after graduation can
disappoint whereas some have disappointed
many(From Experience). They can even stop to
pick up your calls and try as much as possible to
avoid you(Disappointing).

Some persons will tell you there is no job in the
country(BIG LIE) while others will tell you to go
and start a business as if they can give you
funds/capital or help you out even as a startup
(LIARS EVERYWHERE) . It is advisable that all
graduates should get a good job along side a
small business to be another source of income(It
could be an online/offline business) especially
with the country's harsh economy.
