The Police Public Relation Officer, Jimoh Moshood has said delayed in passage of 2018 budget is the reason behind the protest embarked upon on Monday by police Officers in Maiduguri, the Borno state capital. Some officers of the Nigerian police in the state blocked major roads in the state protesting in the early hour of Monday over non payment of six months allowance.
