First Time Tenant: What Should I Know When I'm Picking A Place? by ndividual: 10:21am On Jul 03, 2018
I'm currently hunting for a place. I've seen some that I like and are within budget but I feel like a JJC in the matter. What tips/advice can you give? What red flags should I look for? Are landlords open to allowing a power meter to be checked for outstanding?
