I don't know for other places,but I know for a fact that any good road in aba today was done by either mbakwe or ikpeazu.Yes in terms of road infrastructure,aba is lagging behind most other se cities,but I don't see it being so for long.The guy also deserves commendation for the role he played in reviving golden guniea brewery and primary schools across the state.
