I am Ajiboye Abiodun Jude, with a username of Ajiboye35 on Mobilenig. I paid 5000 naira into your access bank account through my my access bank Mobile app on Saturday. After which my account was debited, but my wallet wasn't funded. I forwarded the complain to the customer care on WhatsApp, but they insisted that the money is not in their account. I went to my bank on Monday to lodge the complain. I was told that the payment i made was in their access bank account which reflected on their bank statement. Please fund my wallet otherwise.
