HSE Officer wanted(Lagos)

Qualification:
Must have a BEng in Mechanical Engineering
Must have a minimum of Level 3 HSE Certifications
Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
The ideal candidate MUST have at least 5 years of experience as a safety officer in the Nigerian Oil and Gas sector;
Working knowledge in HSE-MS, Environmental Discharges, Incident Command System,
Incident Investigation Processes/Tools, Auditing Techniques, HEMP, etc.
Expertise in Process Hazard Assessments (PHAs) of project processes, developing and implementing safety philosophies and assessing Equipment Reliability (mechanical integrity) Systems.
Good Knowledge of relevant HSE policies, regulations, standards and specifications within the industry;
