Wonders they say shall never end in this country called Nigeria.

According to a Facebook user, officers of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) were spotted last weekend using a tricycle (keke napep) as their official patrol vehicle.

This happened somewhere in the south-eastern region of the country.

Please, what should we call this? A shame or what?
