The constitution - the rules, the statutes and the guidelines. But these laws are written several years ago and of course needed constant alteration to meet the needs of the advanced world we are living in now. But Nigeria hasn't experienced much development despite being the giant of black nation due to say corruption and visionless leader , so definitely the constitution has to remain the same. Now assuming a new president emerge, a visionary leader, a tech savvy president that wants to change the political landscape of Nigeria and bring the real development we all are craving for , take a look at the constitution and will that will hinder his plans, CAN HE SUSPEND THE CONSTITUTION? |

Nope! The constitution gives a mechanism to change it. Any extra constitutional means to change the constitution is suspect! |

Not possible.... Constitution can only be suspended during military intervention.... So buhari has no power over such coz he is also controlled by constitution. |

If the Daura dúllard can't operate under a constitution (which is the only thing that grants him legitimacy and immunity) then he should resign which would in fact be better for Nigeria and Nigerians.
