weed off, paraforce, slasher. There are many others. But care must be taken to avoid drift on your crops.
From experience, i suggest it is better if you do your first weeding manually since your crops are very young.

With the use of chemical in such circumstance the chance of success is 50/50 cos u will loose one crop while trying to safe the other.
Its either u kill cassava in d process of protecting maize (or vice-versa) or lose both.

I would have recommended Striker because it is a selective herbicide for Maize. And cassava also has selective herbicide but the challenge is if you use any of the selective herbicides one of the crop will have to die. Any Agro chemical Containing paraquat or glyphosate will not get the job done and this is raining season. I will advise you weed it manually in other to maintain a high plant population

You can use atrazine powder immediately after the land preparation before planting the cassava and maize. Also primextra works if you can get it on the market
