JAMB 2023 registration has been announced and the forms will begin selling from 12th February 2023. This post will provide complete details and tips which you need to successfully complete your JAMB 2023 registration.

The Nation Identification Number (NIN) is compulsory for JAMB 2023 UTME registration, therefore i advised all candidates to go register for NIN. Candidates who don't have NIN will not be able to purchase ePIN, register for JAMB 2023 or create a JAMB profile.

A JAMB profile is an account for candidates which should have all your credentials. After registration, this account will be used to print exam slips, check your results, accept or decline JAMB CAPS admissions and correct errors via the JAMB portal etc.

Steps required to register for JAMB 2023

Before you create your JAMB 2023 profile, make sure you done the following;
1. Have a valid email address - make sure you have an valid email address which you can access without issue. I suggest you use a gmail account in registering JAMB other email providers often have issues in receiving mails from JAMB.

2. Check JAMB IBASS - Make sure you visit the IBASS portal to check if your courses is available in your preferred institution and you have all requirements for admission, most especially the subject combination. You can get the JAMB syllabus and brochure on the IBASS portal.

3. Register for NIN - JAMB will be using NIN for 2023 UTME and DE registration. Visit any NIN registration center with a valid ID, fill and submit the enrollment form. You will then get a confirmation slip once the registration is completed.
