Following a directive from the Presidency, that the Governor of Imo State, Owelle Rochas Okorocha should not only re-engineer his thoughts about who succeeds him in 2019, but should also adopt the zoning formula existing in the State, so that All Progressive Congress APC, would have any easy sail in the State during the 2019 elections, the Governor is said to have begin a rethink. According to impeccable sources, Trumpeta has it on good authority that Okorocha have started weighting the option of agreeing to the counseling of the APC hierarchy that he should drop his son inlaw, Chief Uche Nwosu, for a concensus candidate that could be supported by other Imo APC stakeholders. Following this latest change of heart by the Governor, it was learnt that Okorocha is now looking towards Mbaise Nation for three factors. Trumpeta learnt that Okorocha who is bent on leaving Uche Nwosu behind, because he is the only person living or dead he that could trusted to protect him after leaving office in 2019, is now toying with the idea of allowing peace to reign and for APC to win Imo Governorship in 2019. A result of the latest development, the Governor is looking towards Mbaise Nation for his successor now, because Mbaise is in Owerri zone, whose agitation is dominating every corner, including at the villa. It is where Okorocha believes he can find somebody that can be trusted, even as Mbaise is where his major obstacle to leaving a successor in 2019 may come from. Trumpeta learnt that Okorocha has a certain man, Sir Stanley Amuchie as a joker, who can hoist that Owerri zone flag, respect him after leaving office, and decimate Mbaise voters against Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha who may emerge Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Governorship candidate in 2019. Already, the consultation is said to have started with the Mbaise people, both those in politics and in Business. This latest Okoroca movement, strategists say, may change the status quo, if the Governor really meant to adopt the plan to present an Mbaise born candidate. Sir Amuchie is said to be a top Banker, whose name echoed some time ago as one of those Okorocha may hand over power, but whittled away after the Governor anointed his son inlaw, Uche Nwosu as no-go-area for his successorship. Sources said that Okorocha arrived at the Mbaise formula because of the fear that leaving the large area for Emeka Ihedioha would guarantee Ihedioha a block vote, therefore with the latest romance with Amuchie who also hails from Aboh Mbaise LGA as Ihedioha, it will affect Ihedioha’s chances. Sources said that Okorocha now believes that Senator Araraume will not be a problem with the outcome of the APC National Convention which produced his stooge, Barr Emma Ibediro as the National Organizing. Okorocha’s kitchen cabinet has advised him that Ihedioha is now the major road-block to Imo Government House, and therefore must be stopped with an Mbaise candidate, who also may reduce the antagonism of Owerri voters who have been angry over another Orlu zone Governor in 2019 just after Okorocha. Trumpeta learnt that Okorocha problem now is how to enter Mbaise Nation again after prominent sons of Mbaise, who helped him win power in 2011 have all been frustrated out off Okorocha’s regime following his ill treatment to these Mabise top politicians, which include Nze PC Onuoha and Prof Fabian Osuji. http://www.imotrumpeta.com/?p=19771

Mbaise people will have nothing to do with APC. I can assure you.Even though Emeka Ihedioha is from there, he does not truly represent the Mbaiseness of an Mbaise man. Just watch what APGA will do in Imo State in 2019 |

Am a staunch support of RT. HON. EMEKA IHEDIOHA, but if Okorocha succeeds in this his smart move believe me its going to be a tight and difficult race to finish. |
