This is TVC (Temporary Voters Card). I doubt INEC allows one to vote with this. For others having this one, endeavour to get the main one - PVC else you won't be allowed to vote on election day. please RBC especially to youths.

You People Don't Know The Difference Between A Temporary Voters Card (TVC) And A Permanent Voters Card (PVC)

What She's Got Is TVC Not PVC, She's Got To Wait For A Period Of 2 Months AtLeast Before The PVC Is Issued!
