Many seed varieties contain lignan, a type of phytoestrogen that mimics estrogen in the body. Yet another reason why you should eat your greens. Sprouts, such as alfalfa, are especially good for breast growth. Also, green leafy vegetables like spinach and the brassicas are rich in natural antioxidants.
