Kebbi State Police Command Public Relation Officer, Mustapha Suleiman on Thursday confirmed the arrest of a herdsman identified as Babuga Kuaara for killing a police inspector. The deceased officer was reportedly attached to the Kaoje police division in Bagudo local government area.
