Job Title: Receptionist (Female)

Lexoft Media Limited is a website design company domiciled in Lagos, Nigeria. It offers professional web designs and internet marketing solutions, graphics design and printing solutions.

Office Location: Opebi Ikeja, Lagos

The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that the school office services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Company
Main Activities
*Receive, direct and relay telephone calls and messages
*Pick up and deliver the mail
*Open and date stamp all general correspondence
*Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
*Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
*Make preparations for meetings
*Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
*Respond to public inquiries
*Perform clerical duties in order to maintain Office administration
*Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
*Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
*Perform other related duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
*Applicant MUST be Female.
*Applicant must be between 20 and 26years of age.
*Applicant must be good looking

*All Applicant should possess a minimum of OND in any related field. Other qualification is an added advantage.
