EPISODE 1.

The process to restore Biafra requires high level diplomatic approach of all stakeholders. Not every decision or project is the same, nor is there a one-size-fits-all process for making decisions. Certainly, the decision regarding what you eat for breakfast is not the same with deciding where to locate a new nuclear power plant or new nation.

For example, deciding what one will have for breakfast requires some information such as: what food is available, what cooking skill level is available, and how much time one has. The output of this simple decision is the food that is to be prepared. But a complex decision requires more diplomatic inputs, more outputs, and much more planning. Further, information that is collected needs to be organized, integrated (or fused) and presented to decision makers in such a way as to provide adequate support to make “good” decisions.
